Anyone (registered) can post news here.
Just so everyone knows, once you are a (free, and spam-free) registered user of this website, you can post news announcements to this site anytime you wish, to let everyone know what's going on in there area. Here is how...
Once you have logged in. Go to your "My Folder".
Click on the "Add to folder" link, and from there select "News item".
Fill in your news announcement, Title, Description, and Body Text.
Include an image (from your computer) if you like (optional).
Click "Save" button at the bottom.
Now the news item is created in your folder, but nobody knows about it yet.
To make it public, and show up on the front page of this website, you need to change the news item from the defaul of "Public Draft" to "Publish" (in the upper right corner).
Once it's set to "Public", it will now show up on the top of the front page of the northfivemile.com website.
