Once you have logged in. Go to your "My Folder".

Click on the "Add to folder" link, and from there select "News item".

Fill in your news announcement, Title, Description, and Body Text.

Include an image (from your computer) if you like (optional).

Click "Save" button at the bottom.

Now the news item is created in your folder, but nobody knows about it yet.

To make it public, and show up on the front page of this website, you need to change the news item from the default of "Public Draft" to "Publish" (in the upper right corner).

Once it's set to "Public",  we should receive an automatic email notifying us to change it to public state, but please also email webmaster at northfivemile dot com just in case, then we can publish it, and then it will show up on the top of the front page of the northfivemile.com website. If you are having trouble getting a posting to show on the front page, please email me to help, or call: (509) 481.5437.
