Volunteer RPG Player Archetype I Trainee (Volunteer / Entry-level / Trainee)

Reports to: Senior Facilitator.
General Purpose: The Volunteer Player Archetype I Trainee is responsible for filling the role of various role-playing gamer "types" at game sessions/events and/or for training new Game Masters going through GM training. Types include: Munchkin, Rules Lawyer, Murder-hobo, etc. This is an excellent means of gaining experience toward other professional RPG positions.
Key Tasks, Responsibilities, and Characteristics
- Take on various Player Archetype roles to help training Game Masters learn how to address such situations more effectively.
 - 
Attend at least one RPG Research administrative and training session per week (sessions typically 3-4 hours), either in-person or via remote-access.
 - Document participation observations for review by supervisor.
 - 
Create player characters.
 - 
Work with trainers to help challenge GM trainees.
 - 
Assist Game Masters and other Facilitators as needed, to optimize participants' experience.
 - Act as "go-fer" for various related and miscellaneous tasks ("earn your stripes/XP").
 - Availability for at least 1 weekly group session per week (game sessions are typically 3-5 hours), and for those with the availability can attend up to 5 sessions per week.

Minimum Experience
1+ years experience playing role-playing games.
Preferred Experience
- 
3+ years personal experience with role-playing games.
 - American Sign Language (ASL).
 - Other languages.
